It is important that the school community is not only made aware of canteen committee meetings being held, but also allowed to contribute suggestions or make constructive comments. Advertising a Canteen Meeting to the Whole School Community - Sample
This sample letter may be placed in the school newsletter, at least two weeks prior to a meeting to allow the school community to submit written contributions to a canteen committee meeting.
