Income Ledger
The Income Ledger records all the money made by the canteen over the past month, including bank interest.
You get your trading income figures by totalling the Daily Taking Records for the month. The columns of the Income Ledger allow you to sub-total income from different sources, so you can quickly see the income the canteen makes on different activities.
The template has some prepared column titles that should be suitable for most canteens. Add your own titles to the blank columns if your canteen has other sources of income you wish to account for separately.
