5. Have you undertaken any relevant formal training?
6. Are you aware of the health and hygiene requirements of working in a food preparation area?
7. What food would you like to serve at the canteen?
8. Tell us about your financial experience either in a canteen or elsewhere.
9. How would you market the canteen and its menu?
10. How would you promote healthy eating?
11. What role do you feel the canteen committee should play in the operation of the canteen?
12. How would you encourage more volunteers to help in the canteen?
13. How would you cope with abusive or unruly students at the canteen?
14. When would you be able to start work if your application is successful?
